Refund & Cancellation Policy

Live Spray

Live spray payments are processed in real time and are delivered immediately to the event host. Live spray payments are non-refundable once the payment is confirmed. If you believe a payment was made in error or without authorisation, contact us within 24 hours and we will review the case.

Gift Contributions

Contributions go directly to the event host. Contributions are non-refundable after confirmation. If you need to dispute a contribution, please contact us and we will work with the host to assess the situation.

Aso-Ebi Orders

Aso-ebi orders are placed directly with the event host who coordinates fulfilment. Refund eligibility depends on the host's fulfilment status:

• Before fulfilment begins: Hosts may issue a refund at their discretion. Contact the host directly or reach out to us.
• After fabric is cut or dispatched: Refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may apply if the host cancels the event.
• Event cancellation: If the event is cancelled, we will work with the host to refund confirmed orders.

Tickets

Ticket refund eligibility is set by the event host at time of sale. Unless stated otherwise:

• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• If an event is cancelled by the host, ticket buyers will receive a full refund.
• Transferring a ticket to another person is at the host's discretion.

Platform Fees

OwambePal's platform fee (charged as a percentage of each transaction) is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it covers the cost of payment processing and platform operations.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your order reference, the email used at checkout, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to resolve disputes directly through our support process first.
