Common queries

I made a payment but did not receive a receipt.

Check your spam folder. Receipts are sent from hello@owambepal.com. If not there, email us with your payment reference and the email used at checkout.

I want a refund for my aso-ebi or ticket order.

Refund eligibility depends on the fulfilment status and product type. See our Refund Policy for details, then email us with your order reference.

I am a host — my payout setup is showing as incomplete.

Go to your event settings and click 'Connect payout'. You will be redirected to Stripe to complete onboarding. If you encounter an error, email us.

A guest payment went through but the order is not showing in my dashboard.

Wait 2–5 minutes and refresh. If still missing, email us with the guest's name and approximate payment time. Do not ask the guest to pay again.

I need to cancel or change an order.

Hosts can manage orders from the aso-ebi workspace. Guests should contact the host directly or email us for assistance.
